Sure that app on your phone is handy (and frankly it's a good tool to use) but it should not be your only way of finding 'hot homes'. Not only am I plugged into the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), I am actively finding homes that are listed as FSBO, talking with other agents who may have listings coming up that are not listed yet and I am talking with sellers are thinking about listing that may not be on the market yet.
